Ham & Swiss Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
9" pie crust4 eggs1/2 pound lean ham, diced1 c. (4 oz.) swiss cheese, shredded1 1/3 c. instant dry (fat-free) milk1 3/4 c. waterT. onion powder (or granulated onion)1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper1/4 tsp. sugar
Directions
Preheat overn to 400 F.
Combine eggs, dry milk, water, and spices in blender container. Pulse until well combined. Pour into pie crust that has been placed on a baking sheet. Carefully place in oven.

Bake quiche 15 minutes at 400. Turn oven down to 300 F and bake another 30 minutes. Let cool at least 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

Makes 6 main-dish or 8 appetizer servings
