3 chicken breasts, chopped and cooked 2 cups diced celeryas many grapes as you'd like, chopped into halves or quarters (if you like)poppyseed dressing, to taste (but be reasonable!) about 1/4 cup
chop up chicken and cook it up on the stove (until there isn't any "pink" left)
refrigerate while you dice celery and chop grapes
mix all up, adding dressing, and divide into six containers and refrigerate for a yummy, healthy, anytime treat!
