Ingredients
48oz/3lb ground turkey, 93% 4 eggs, beaten1 1/2 cups whole wheat breadcrumbs2 tbl grated pecorino romano cheesesalt and pepperItalian seasonings5 cloves of garlic, minced
Directions
Mix ingredients and roll into mini meatballs. Add to soup, 3 per serving. Freeze leftovers for later.
