Brussels Sprouts with bacon and blue cheese

Ingredients
3 cups (or a pound) of brussels sproutes, cleaned, quartered, blanched and drained3 slices bacon1/4 c blue cheese (cambozola, gorgonzola, whatever)
Directions
Cook bacon to desired doneness and set aside. Saute the sprouts for about a minute, or to desired doneness. Remove from heat, add cheese and toss to melt. Crumble and add bacon. Enjoy!
