* *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove) * *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Coriander seed, 1 tbsp (remove) * Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove) * *ground tumeric, 0.5 tsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * *Lemon Juice, 1.5 fl oz (remove) * Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, 3 tbsp (remove)
first boil two potatoes in water or in microwave.
Heat oil in the pan add cumin seeds(1 tsp) in it.
when cumin is stop splattering, add cashews.
Then add cut cut boiled potato in pieces and add it to pan. then grind all dry spices and add to pan
In last add lemon juice and sugar.
