* Ground Turkey 1lb * Bell Peppers 1/2 cup * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can * Red Kidney Beans 2 cans * McCormick chili season * Diced tomatoes, 2 cans
Makes 4 servings.
1. Brown turkey and drain.
2. Return turkey to pot. Add all other ingredients.
3. Stir and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
