Ingredients
Butternut Squash (4 cups cubed)1/4 + 1/8 c of packed brown sugar2 Tbl butter
Directions
Boil cubed butternut squash for 10-15 minutes until fork tender. Drain squash and add butter and brown sugar. Place in 1/2 cup serving containers and freeze.
