16 oz pack of ground turkeypackage of cole slaw mixpackage of broccoli slaw mixsmall package sliced fresh mushrooms1 tbsp olive oil1 package of egg roll wrappers
brown turkey and drain
place oil in wok... stir fry all veggies
assemble 1/2 oz turkey and 1 tbsp veggies
moisten one side of egg roll with water and fold to cover in a packet.
bake for 15 minutes @ 425
turn and bake additional 5-10 minutes.

PETROSINELLA
I substituted bean sprouts for broccoli slaw, omitted the mushrooms. I added 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp ginger paste and some soy sauce to taste. Still it was a little bit bland. I'll add onion next time I make it. I steamed the veggies in a covered frying pan rather than stir fry them. - 10/9/07
