Healthy Whole Grain Banana Bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup Splenda3/4 cup flax seed meal5 ripe bananas, mashed1/2 cup fat-free milk1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream2 tsp. egg whites2 cups whole wheat flour2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
1. Spray a 4.5"x12.75" loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degreesF.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the Splenda, flax seed meal, mashed bananas, fat-free milk, reduced fat sour cream, and egg whites until well blended. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the banana mixture until moistened. Spoon into prepared loaf pan.

3. Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean (about 1 hour and 10 minutes)
