Sweet potatoes, peeled, sliced, pre-cookedapples, slicedmix sugar and cinnamon
pre-cook sweet potatoes and peel and slice. Layer sweet potato slices and apple slices then sprinkle each layer with cinnamon sugar and slices of butter. Make 2-3 layers or just mix all together and spread in baking dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes to brown top (if desired).
Makes about 6 servings.
