2.5 c white flour3 c ww flour2 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt21/8 c water.5 c soaked 9 grain cereal.5 c gr flax2 tbsp oil
makes 2 loaves or 1 loaf and 9 buns
soak 9 grains in boiling water
add ingredients in order
mix on 2 for 6-7 min or kneed 8-10 min
rest 30-45 min
punch down
rest 10 min
shape
rest until dble in size
bake 350 for 30-40 min or until hollow sounding when knocked on the bottom
