Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

10 ea Mushrooms, fresh1/4 cup Spinach, chopped1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated1 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded1 Egg, fresh, beaten4 oz Turkey breast meatSeasonings: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Minced Onion, Italian Seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Brown ground turkey over medium heat until cooked through. Crumble well during cooking process.
3. Combine cooked turkey with rest of ingredients and fill mushrooms.
4. Place mushrooms on lined baking sheet and bake 20-30 minutes.
