Ingredients
1 lbs. Lean Ground Beef1 Large Onion1 can Corn6 cups Mashed Potatoes2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Makes 8 servings

Brown ground beef, add onion until cooked clear.
Add beef mixture to baking dish, cover with the corn, top with the mashed potatoes and finish by adding the cheese.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 mins.
