Dave's Turkey Pot Pie

2 Frozen 9" pie crusts, thawed3 cups Turkey Gravy2 cups Turkey chopped or diced2 cups Russet potato, peeled and diced 1 can of baby peas, drained2 cups Carrots1 cup Onions, chopped
Mix the turkey, vegetables, and gravy together in a large bowl. Place one pie crust in the bottom of a deep dish pie pan, prick several times with a fork. Pour in the filling. Dock the top crust with a fork, and place it over the filling. Press the edges of the top and bottom crusts together. Slash the top crust with a knife to allow extra steam to escape.
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
