Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 head cabbage - chopped into very small pieces2-3 cups chicken breast - cooked with a tsp. minces garlic and diced2-3 packages top ramen noodles - without the seasonings, crushed1 medium onion - chopped2 Tbsp. butter3/4 cup whole almonds1/2 cups sesame seeds3-4 Tbsp powdered chicken brothDressing:1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup red wine vinegar1 Tbsp soy sauce1/4 cup honey
Directions
1) Chop cabbage and onion into large mixing bowl, cover and put in fridge.
2) Toast top ramen, almonds and sesame seeds with the butter in a skillet until lightly browned.
3) Add the powdered chicken broth and mix until all toasted mix is thoroughly coated. Cool mix completely.
4) Mix up dressing until smooth.
5) add toasted mix and dressing to cabbage and stir thoroughly.

NOTE: If you are making this salad ahead of time, wait to add the toasted mix until just before serving or it will get soggy.
