Crockpot Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Ingredients

1/2 lbs lean ground pork1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef1 cup oatmeal1 eggsalt & spices to taste1 - 455 ml. jar of plum sauce2 - 14 oz cans pineapple tidbits2 cups water2 green peppers, chopped2 yellow peppers, chopped
1. Mix pork, beef, oatmeal, egg, salt, & pepper.
2. Make into 48 small balls.
3. Put sauce, water, pinapple with juice, and peppers into 6 quart crockpot, stirr, & add mealballs.
4. Cook on high, about 5 hours.
5. Serve over rice.
Makes 12 (4 ball) servings.
