Unsweetened cocoa powderWhole wheat flourSaltBrown SugarBabyfood prunesButterEgg whitesVanilla
Combine cocoa, flour and salt in a bowl, set aside. Mix brown sugar, prunes, butter, egg whites and vanill. Gradually add flour mixture and blend after each addition.
Spray 8x8 pan with PAM, pour batter into it and spread evenly. Bake for 20-22 minutes, until edges feel dry to the touch but center appears fudgy. Do not overbake. However, my experience suggests baking these for at least 25 minutes. Cool in pan before slicing!
