Butternut Squash & Black Bean Burrito

Ingredients
1 multigrain mission medium sized tortilla1/4 cup butternut squash cubed in 1/4 inch cubes ( I found mine at walmart in the produce section "marketside" already peeled cubed)1/3 cup black beans1 slice mozzarella cheesedash of salt
Directions
Steam the butternut squash until cooked throughly in a glass dish in the microwave. Add the black beans and microwave for another minute. Add a dash of salt and stir. Set aside. Next place the slice of cheese on the tortilla and microwave until the cheese is somewhat melted and the tortilla is flexible. Add the beans and squash to the tortilla and wrap into a burrito.
Next time I would add a bit of sour cream.
