CAKE:1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour2 cups SPLEND� Granular3 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1/2 cup Egg Beaters2 cups (less 1 T) fat free milk1 T distilled white vinegar1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened1 tsp vanilla extractFROSTING:1 (8 oz) container fat free whipped topping1 (3.4oz) packet Jell-O Fat Free/Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding (prepared w/ fat free milk)
To Make Cake:
1. Preheat oven to 350�F. Grease and flour three 8- or 9-inch round cake pans or one 9x13 inch tray.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, SPLENDA�, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center.
3. Add egg substitute, milk, applesauce and vanilla. Batter will be thin. Pour into prepared pans.
4. Bake 30 - 40 minutes.
