Strawberry Pretzel Dessert Lite

Ingredients
2 c. crushed pretzels3/4 c. melted butter4 tsp. splenda baking blend1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened1/3 c. sugar2/3 c. splenda baking blend1 pkg. cool whip topping mix1/2 c. 1% milk1/2 tsp. vanilla2 small or 1 lrg. pkg. sugar-free strawberry jello2 10oz. containers frozen, sweetened strawberries1 1/2 c. water
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine pretzels, 3/4 c. melted butter and 4 tsp. splenda; press into bottom of 9x13" pan. Bake for 8 minutes (do not overbake.) Cool, then refrigerate until cold. For second layer combine cream cheese, sugar and splenda; spread over chilled crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour. In small saucepan combine strawberries and water, heat to boiling. Remove from heat and stir in jello until dissolved. Cool to room temperature before spreading over cool whip layer. Chill at least 2-3 hours before serving. Cut into 20 pieces. One serving is one piece.
