Celery Oriental Low Sodium

Ingredients
I head of celery, or 6 to 8 stalks12 mushrooms or as desired1 TBS of butter or olive oil1/4 tsp salt1/4 cup sliced almonds toasted lightly
Directions
Cut on the bias one head of celery, or 6 to 8 stalks.
Slice fresh mushrooms. Saute mushrooms in butter. Set aside. Cook cut celery in a small amount of salted water until tender crisp. Drain, add mushrooms. Toss with with almonds just before serving.
