Spanish Rice Casserole

Ingredients
2 Cans of La Preferida Spanish Rice2 Cans of Hormel Less Sodium Chili with Beans1 Package of Mozzarella shredded Cheese (2 cups)1 Pound of Ground Beef
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees

1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet. Make sure to break it up into small chunks (a little like you would for Tacos)

2. In a medium casserole dish, mix the cooked ground beef, 2 cans of Spanish Rice, and 2 cans of Chili.

3. Make sure to mix them up well.

4. Take the bag of shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle it on top, making sure to have a layer over the entire dish.

5. Place in oven, cook for about 30-45 minutes or until cheese is melted completely and the ends are starting to brown.
