Oatmeal Pecan Pie

1/2 Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust1 c packed brown sugar1 c light corn syrup2/3 c Quaker quick oats1/2 c chopped pecans1 T butter - melted1 t vanilla extract1/4 t salt2 large eggs - beaten2 large egg whites - beaten
Preheat Oven to 350
Spray pie pan with PAM.
Roll dough slightly larger than pie pan on waxed paper then place in pie pan and use your thumb to press the edges around.
Mix all other ingredients by hand and pour into crust.
Place in oven and IMMEDIATELY reduce heat to 325.
Cook for 50 minutes (check in case your oven is hot at 45).
* You can further reduce the calories by using Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
