Shrimp Slaw

Ingredients
6 Large Raw Shrimp2 cups Shredded Cabbage1 cup Chopped Fresh Spinach******* SAUCE ********2 tbsp Sugar free Orange Marmalade2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp Lemon Juice2 Tbsp Olive OilA Shake or two of Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
Boil Shrimp for 4 minutes, let cool then dice and put in bowl.
Shred the cabbage and Spinach and add to Shrimp.

Mix sauce ingredients separately then add to the Slaw.

Chill in fridge
