Pumpkin pancakes- No added sugar!

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup flour1 cup milk1/2 cup canned pumpkin2 eggs1/2 t baking soda2 t baking powder1.5 T apple sauce1 t pumpkin pie spice
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Add wet in with the dry and mix just until they come together. Heat a skillet and portion them out by 1/3 cup scoops. Makes 14 pancakes at right around 55 calories each! Top with sugar free syrup!
