Café Rio Lime Cilantro Rice

Ingredients
2 Tbsp country crock + calcium 1/4 tsp black pepper2/3 cup white rice2/3 cup brown rice2 Tbsp lime juice1 1/3 cups 99% fat free chicken broth2 Tbsp chopped cilantro3/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp cumin
Directions
In a skillet melt margarine with black pepper and rice. Add liquid, and other ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
