Cranberry & Apple Cheesecake Cup

Ingredients
- Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese, 2 Tbsp- Fat-Free Cottage Cheese, 2 Tbsp- Whipped Soy Topping, 2 Tbsp- Stevia Powder, 1 packet- Cranberry & Apple Compote, 2 Tbsp
Directions
Make the compote if you don't already have some. Measure out 2 Tbsp of ricotta and place in a bowl. Measure out 2 Tbsp of cottage cheese and the packet of stevia, and mix together with the ricotta. Finally, measure out 2 Tbsp of cranberry-apple compote and mix in, and top with a little dollop of whipped topping.
