1 lb of ground chicken breast1 egg, beaten1 10oz pkg of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry1 pkg of Knorr Veggie soup mix (regular or spring)Approx 1 cup bread crumbsSeason to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients, shape into a loaf. Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam and bake at 350 for 1-1.5 hours.
