Taco Soup

Ingredients
1lb extra lean ground beef1 large onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced16oz can chili beans15oz can kidney beans15oz can whole kernel corn8oz can tomato sauce12oz beer3 - 10oz cans Rotel1.25oz package taco seasoning mix3/4 cup water
Directions
Mix chopped onion, garlic, and ground beef in pan, cook until meat is browned. Drain. Put beef mixture, taco seasoning and water in pan and bring to boil. Remove from heat. In a slow cooker, mix all ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Enjoy!
