Petite Turkey Meatballs II

Ingredients
fresh crumbs from 1 slice white bread1 large egg white1 tsp onion powder1/4 cup skim milk, nonfat1/4 tsp black pepper16 oz. lean ground turkey
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients, crumble turkey over, and mix together. Form into 1-inch balls and place on cooking rack (sprayed with nonstick cooking spray) that has been placed in a cookie sheet with sides. Cook in a 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Remove quickly from rack to a serving bowl or into your favorite sauce.
