Light Corn Casserole

Ingredients
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix1/4 cup egg substitute (or 1 egg)1/4 cup butter, melted8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt1 can cream-style corn1 can corn, drained
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour into 8" square pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Makes 8 servings.
