1 can sliced peaches canned in pear juice. Note: you can use other canned, fresh, or frozen fruit.2 servings pancake mix1/3 cup powdered milk.25 cup Log Cabin sugar Free syrupcinnamonnutmeg
preheat oven to 350
Spray small square baking pan
Drain juice from peaches into a 2-cup measuring cup
Put 2 servings dry pancake mix in large bowl.
Add 1/3 cup powdered milk and spices to taste.
Whisk dry ingredients together.
To reserved juice, add enough water to make 1 cup liquid
Stir 1/4 cup syrup into liquid.
Mix wet into dry ingredients and pour batter into sprayed pan.
Pour peaches over batter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake 25 minutes at 350
