More Meat Less Loaf Ground Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
3 lbs Ground turkey 93% leanI large onion chopped3 cloves garlic chopped0.5 cup yellow mustard0.5 cup ketchup2 cups crushed saltine crackers3 large eggs beat
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix well. form in to a "loaf" on a baking pan. (I prefer to use a broiling pan so the grease can drip to the bottom) Bake for 40 min or until meat is no longer pink.

Makes 14 serving.
