Creamy Mash potatoes

*Yukon Gold Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Heavy Cream, 1 cup, fluid Milk, 1%, .5 cup Butter, salted, .5 stick Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp
peel potatoes and cut them in pieces. Place them in a pot with cold water covering the potatoes. Bring to a boil and check until the potatoes are cooked.
Pass them thru a colander to get all the water out. Mash them with a wire masher. Return the potatoes to an empty pot , add the cream, milk, butter, salt and pepper at lower heat, stir until all butter is melted. Once everything in incorporated, chack for lumps, if there are any, use a hand blender and smooth the potatoes. Serve.
