Introduction

Yummy over White Rice Yummy over White Rice
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Olive oil
    1/4 packet Ham Flavor (powder)
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
    3-4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup Tomato Sauce (small can)
    1/4 tsp oregano
    2 Tbsp White vinegar
    2-3 Leaves Culantro OR Cilantro
    3/4 water
    1 packet Sazon Brand of Culantro & Achiote
    Optional: 1 sm. chicken Buillion cube

    1 can Roman or Pink or Kidney, Beans undrained

Directions

Heat oil in pot over medium heat.
Add ham flavoring, onions, green pepper & garlic
Cook about 7-10 minutes
Stir in remaining ingredients
Bring to a slow Boil
then Reduce heat to simmer at least 10 minutes
SERVE : over White Rice (not calculated in the
calorie count)
ENJOY!!!
