Crockpot Chicken and Black Beans

Ingredients
5 boneless chicken breasts1 can black beans, drained1 can corn, drained1 jar salsa1 8 ounce package of low fat cream cheese
Directions
Place chicken breasts, black beans, corn and salsa in crock pot. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Place block of cream cheese on top and let cook additional 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
