Beans and Pasta

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 medium onion, chopped1 garlic clove, minced8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni28 oz can stewed or diced tomatoes19 oz can kidney beans, undrained19 oz can black beans, undrained12 oz can chicken broth1 tsp oregano1 tsp parsleydash red pepper
Directions
Makes approx 8 1cup servings.

Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well
Cover. Cook on Low 4-5 hours or until macaroni are tender but not mushy.

Serve with salad or crusty bread
