1-1/2 cups Breakstone's Fat Free Sour Cream1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup1 pkg (32 oz) Ore-Ida Southern Style Hash Browns, thawed1 pkg (8 oz) Kraft Shredded 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese20 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)2 Tbsp Land o Lakes Spreadable Butter with Canola, Light
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix soup and sour cream in large bowl. Add potatoes and cheese, stir until well blended.
Spoon mixture into 13x9 inch baking dish. Melt butter and combine with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake 50 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 12 servings, 1/2 cup each.
