Gradly Roasted Tomato and Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients
20 plum tomatoes, halved 4 tablespoons olive oil1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar2 large garlic cloves, minced2 teaspoons sugar1 1/2 teaspoons salt1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1 lb Bow Tie pasta (1 box)12 oz Broccoli, frozen
Directions
For Tomatoes:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Arrange the tomatoes in a pie pan, cut sides down, in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle the garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper over the tomatoes. Roast for 20 minutes.

For Pasta and Broccoli:

Cook both broccoli and pasta; cook as per instructions on packaging.

Combining Ingredients:

Once done mix pasta, broccoli, and tomatoes (with sauce).
