Ingredients
1 C (roughly 2� medium) mashed bananas� C Egg Beaters� C unsweetened applesauce� C Splenda1 C whole wheat flour1 C regular flour� C skim milk� tsp. vanilla extract2 tsp. baking powder3 tbsp semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Spray mini muffin tin with Pam or similar cooking spray
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl
Spoon into tin
Bake for 20 minutes
