Baked "Fried" Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)*Cornflakes, Kellog's (1 Cup/28g/1.0 oz), 1 serving crushed(remove)Poultry seasoning, .5 tbsp
Directions
Soak chicken in 1 cup butter milk overnight or 6 hours. Drain Well, then dip in cornflakes with poultry seasoning.

Spray a glass 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray,and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
