Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)mama thin pizza crust 7" 1/2 crust, 2 serving (remove)*Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 0.5 cup (remove)*Dole Baby Spinach Salad, 4 oz (remove)Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 1 oz (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, .75 oz (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
you can cook chicken with some nonstick spray and add any seasoning you like, I have an emril lagasse grill pan that i grill my chicken in with some itlain seasonings with black pepper and a little salt, I then let chicken rest adn cut into bite size pieces. To construct pizza first i preheat oven to 375 then i put pizza crust on stone if you dont have a stone put on alum. foil. then i put a little basil on crust and black pepper, i put spinach on first i know it will look like a lot but spinach wilts as it cooks so it will bake down then i put on roasted red pepper strips i start to postion my chicken and then i add my olives i sometimes dice them to have more. then i add my cheeses last and then cook in oven for 5-10 minutes the longer you leave in the crisper it gets. i leave mine in for about 1o minutes.
