Dumplings

Ingredients
2 cups flour4 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 cup milk, 1%4 TBLS veg. oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix milk and oil together then pour into flour mixture. Mix until moistened. Drop onto top of stew, etc. Cook with lid on for 10 minutes, remove lid and cook for 5 more minutes. Inside should be dry not doughy.
