cheesy potato soup

Ingredients
I bag country style frozen hash browns1 cup velvetta 2% cheese2 cans chicken broth1 can cream of celery soup1 cup fat free milk1 tsp onion powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
cook frozen potatoes in chicken broth until tender. Add the can of cream of celery soup, cube the cheese and add to pot. Add onion powder, salt and pepper to taste. After the cheese is melted stir in about a cup of milk or until desired consistancy.

Lower sodium broth and soup can be used to reduce sodium intake.
