Jodi's Crock Pot Split Pea Soup

Ingredients
4 cups split peas3 cups diced ham2 cups diced carrots1 cup diced onionwater
Directions
Dump it all into a crock pot and cover generously with water. (I used a leftover hambone and soaked it on high in the crock pot for 2 hours, then pulled it out and removed the meat off it, but diced ham from other sources is faster and easier!) Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Makes about 20 1 cup servings.
