Quinoa and Chicken

Ingredients
quinoa, chicken breast, peas, carrots, corn, chicken broth
Directions
Cook Quinoa according to directions on box, add peas, diced carrots and corn before boiling. After quinoa is cooked, add diced, cooked chicken breast and mix. I then place into individual one cup plastic containers and place into freezer for grab and go lunch.
