Slow Cooker Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
2-3 lbs. chicken breast, cubed3 carrots, sliced2 stalks celery, diced1 onion, diced6 cloves garlic, mashed1/4 cup flour5 cubes chicken bouillion5 cups water
Directions
Smash and de-paper garlic, and saute' in healthy oil. Whisk flour into water, then pour into slow cooker. Add garlic and remaining ingredients. Cook on low for six hours. Depending on your carbohydrate preferences, you could add potatoes to the recipe, or serve over potatoes or noodles. I serve this over Miracle Noodles (no calorie, no low carb pasta substitute).
