1 onion1 large head of cabbage'1 can red gold stewed tomatoes4 cups swansons fat free chicken broth1 can organic cut green beans2 cloves garlic2 Tolive oil2 cups yellow squash1 cup basmati brown rice to taste kroger hot blends black and red pepper1 teaspoon perfect pinch savory no salt seasoning
cook chopped onions and garlic in olive oil in a large stew pot, add chopped cabbage. cook 5 mins. add yellow squash cut in 1 inch pieces. Add canned vegetables and chicken stock. Add .5 cup water. Add spices to taste. Cook until veggies are cooked to desired tenderness. Then add 1 cup rice and 2 cups of water. cook until rice is tender.
