Raw Shakeology Balls

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Raw Walnuts1/2 Cup Pitted Dates1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter - Smooth or Chunky1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder1/4 Cup Natural Maple Syrup1/2 Cup Chocolate Shakeology Powder1/2 Tsp. Pure Vanilla3 tsp Unsweetened Organic Coconut Flakes (You can use more to roll in - but there will be leftovers.
Directions
Put walnuts in a blender and grind very well. Add dates and process until blended well - Place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients except coconut and mix well. (You can do all of the above in a food processor, but blenders not so much).
Shape into 40 Balls, roll in coconut and store in freezer. Enjoy!
