* Olive Oil, 0.5 cup* Broccoli, fresh, 8 cup, chopped or diced* Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped* Soy Sauce, 0.5 cup* Red Wine Vinegar 0.25 cup* Brown Sugar, 0.25 cup, unpacked* Corn Starch, 0.25 cup* Water Chestnuts, 1 cup* Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp
Heat oil in large pot or wok, med high. Add broccoli, onions and stir. When all is hot, add remaining ingredients except seeds and water chestnuts. Stir occasionally until sauce is thicker but veggies not wilted. Add remaining ingredients, heat for 1 min and serve. Makes 8 side servings.
